Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Jaipur | Sightseeing in Jaipur

On arrival at the Jaipur airport or railway station, meet our representative and take a transfer to the hotel. Check into your hotel. In the afternoon visit City Palace Museum, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and the Pink City area. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 2: Drive from Jaipur to Bikaner (340 km/approx. 6 hours) | Sightseeing in Bikaner

Today, after breakfast visit the magnificent Amber fort. Thereafter, check-out of the hotel and drive to Bikaner. Check-in to the hotel in Bikaner for overnight stay. Visit Junagarh Fort, Bhandasar Jain Temples and enjoy sunset views of the desert and taste the camel's milk and ride on its back at the world-famous National Camel Breeding Farm. Have a comfortable stay overnight at the hotel in Bikaner.

Day 3: Drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer (380 km/approx. 6 hours)

After breakfast, proceed to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is famous for its carved havelis (grand mansions). Jaisalmer is a marvel of beautiful culture and the city is one of the most exotic cities in India. Upon reaching Jaisalmer, check in to the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 4: Sightseeing in Jaisalmer

After breakfast, go on a sightseeing tour of the city. The stunning Jain temples inside the Sonar Quila, the palace museum inside the Jaisalmer Fort, which exhibits a rich collection of imperial dresses and artifacts belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer and havelis with convoluted designs and latticed windows such as Patwaon-ki-Haveli and the Gadisar Lake form the main attractions of the city. Late in the evening, drive about40 km away from Jaisalmer to Sam Dunes & enjoy the camel cart ride to the Sunset Point and Sam sand dunes (Direct Payment Basis) Take the camel safari (Direct Payment Basis) and explore the true life and delights of the desert. Stay overnight at hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 5: Drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (270 km/approx. 5 hours)

This morning leave for Jodhpur. The city painted in blue, Jodhpur is the renowned Blue City of Rajasthan.  Featuring various forts, palaces and temples in the middle of stark landscape of Thar Desert, Jodhpur paints the region in the colour of royalty.  The houses painted in blue colour around and the vibrant bazaars add joviality to the deserted region.  Evening free to explore Jodhpur and leisure activities.

Day 6: Drive from Jodhpur to Mount Abu (280 km/approx. 5 hours)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Mount Abu. Mount Abu is a pleasant retreat set amidst the lush forested hills. It is a green oasis in the barren deserts cape called Rajasthan. Here, visit the Dilwara Jain Temples and enjoy your time freely at Nakki Lake and exploring the mall road.

Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 7: Drive from Mount Abu to Udaipur (165 km/approx. 3 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival in Udaipur, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free for relaxation. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 8: Sightseeing in Udaipur

The breathtaking beauty of the lakes - Pichola & Fateh Sagar & the magnificent structures built around them, impress every visitor to Udaipur. The city has been voted the best tourist destination in the world in multiple traveller surveys. Wander through the opulent City Palace grounds and the museum. Overlooking Lake Pichola, City Palace complex has several beauteous structures showcasing a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architectures. Visit the Jagdish temple on the shores of Lake Pichola a large Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple situated on a raised terrain was built in 1651 and forms a beautiful pyramidal shape.  A visit to the temple will not only be of religious experience, but will also impress you with the architectural brilliance of the age of royalty. Also explore other fascinating sites such as Gulab Bagh and Pratap Memorial before you retire to your room in the hotel late in the evening.

Day 9: Depart from Udaipur

After breakfast today, transfer to the Udaipur airport or Udaipur railway station to board a flight or train for onward journey.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy:

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 – 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):

  • We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier(e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
