Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Adelaide.

Today is your arrival in Adelaide. After immigration clearance please proceed to your coach which shall transfer you from Adelaide international airport to Adelaide hotel. Upon arrival in Adelaide hotel you shall be checked in at hotel. Later in evening proceed to an Indian restaurant to enjoy your buffet dinner (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Day 2: Adelaide city tour.

Today after breakfast proceed for Adelaide city tour. Our coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to the Adelaide Central Bus Station at 85 Franklin Street, the departure point of your tour. At 9.15am join your coach to commence a morning tour of Adelaide. With a vibrant culture built on world famous festivals, food and wine, Adelaide is an elegant city with a rich past and a passion for fine living. Its historic buildings, gardens and wide boulevards and parklands make the city unique. See highlights including Victoria Square, cosmopolitan Gouger Street, King William Street and Rundle Mall. View Parliament House, the State Library and Trinity Church, Adelaide's oldest church, and trendy Hutt Street. Visit the famous Haigh's Chocolate factory (not open Sundays) to enjoy a brief tour, a complimentary tea or coffee and some chocolate samples. Stop at St Peter's Cathedral and Adelaide Oval, then see panoramic views over Adelaide from Colonel Light's lookout on Montefiore Hill. See the Botanic Gardens and North Adelaide's grand and historic stately homes. Tour concludes at approximately 12.00pm at 85 Franklin Street. Later proceed to enjoy your Indian buffet lunch at an Indian restaurant (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). In evening proceed for buffet Indian dinner at an Indian restaurant (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Adelaide free & easy (Victor Harbor with McLaren Vale with lunch).

Today after breakfast the day is free & easy to explore this beautiful city and surrounds on your own. Later in evening proceed to an Indian restaurant to enjoy your buffet dinner (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel or opt for combo attraction tours as follows:

  • Victor Harbor with McLaren Vale: Visit South Australia’s most popular tourist region, the Fleurieu Peninsula, and experience the magnificent beaches, award-winning wines, fresh local produce and some of the region’s best loved tourist experiences. Enjoy a delightful tour of South Australia’s premier tourist region, the Fleurieu Peninsula. This tour begins with a picturesque journey through the Adelaide Hills to the historical Scottish settlement of Strathalbyn. Here you will stop for some free time and morning tea in High Street (own expense). Continue to the paddle steamer town of Goolwa where you will have a brief tour of the town including the wharf, barrage and beach. On your way to Victor Harbor, cruise past the charming coastal town of Port Elliot including Horseshoe Bay and stop at Whale Lookout for a photo opportunity. Upon arrival at Victor Harbor, South Australia’s most popular seaside village, wander through the main street, sampling the fresh local product. Optional 3 course lunch at the Hotel Victor (AS18L) or indulge in some fish and chips on the foreshore (own expense). You may choose to explore Granite Island, where you’ll find the Little Penguins and you might even catch a glimpse of a Southern Right Whale during the winter months. Your tour then continues to the wine making region of McLaren Vale, best known for producing outstanding Shiraz. Wander the main street, sample the fresh local produce including the delicious cheeses at Blessed Cheese, taste some of the fine wines or grab a coffee at one of the many cafés. From here, enjoy a scenic drive through South Australia’s southern metropolitan beaches of Port Noarlunga and Moana before returning to Adelaide.

Today after breakfast the day is free & easy to explore this beautiful city and surrounds on your own. Later in evening proceed to an Indian restaurant to enjoy your buffet dinner (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel or opt for combo attraction tours as follows:

  • Barossa & Hahndorf highlights: Travel in a small coach and enjoy a food & wine journey to South Australia’s premium wine region, the Barossa. Take time to sample some of the Barossa’s finest wines and gourmet food that makes this wine region so special. On this tour you will visit three cellar doors including the multi-tourism award winning Pindarie and enjoy a delicious 2-course lunch at Lambert Estate. Travel through the city of Adelaide northwards to the world-renowned Barossa wine region. Enjoy the change of scenery as you make your way into the vineyards of South Australia’s premium wine region. Your first stop is TeAro Estate, located in the main street of Williamstown in a heritage listed 1850's barn. In the intimate Tasting Room, you will be treated to morning tea sourced from the local bakery and wine tastings while hearing stories from 4 generations of family vignerons. The next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop*, an absolute must whilst visiting the Barossa. Maggie Beer - cook, writer and founder of 'Maggie Beer Products', offers tastings and sales of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce. Here you can browse amongst her personally selected regional specialty goods, purchase one of her signed books or simply sit back and take in the view. On arrival at Lambert Estate at Angaston, you will enjoy a structured wine tasting whilst sampling local seasonal produce from gourmet platters. Main course follows, and is a feast for the senses, with two signature dishes, salad and vegetables. You may wish to purchase a glass of wine from the impressive wine selection, or enjoy a coffee accompanied with their popular Chocolatier (Chocolate Port). Leaving Lambert Estate, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley and then onto your final stop for the day will be Pindarie, a multi-tourism award winning cellar door, which feels more like an Australian Homestead than a cellar door. The friendly staff don’t just pour the wine; they share the stories behind the wines and Pindarie, a great way to finish off your Barossa Food & Wine Experience.

Day 5: Adelaide to Sydney.

Today after breakfast check-out from Adelaide hotel and transfer to Adelaide airport to catch your flight to Sydney. Arrive at Sydney airport, transfer (seat-in-coach basis) to the hotel and check-in for an overnight stay. Sydney is the state capital of New South wales that features the world’s largest natural harbors and iconic tourist destinations like Sydney Opera house and Harbor Bridge. Upon arrival in Sydney, transfer to the hotel on seat in coach basis. Check-in at the hotel. Later in evening proceed to an Indian restaurant to enjoy your buffet dinner (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Sydney city tour (opt for optional activities - Combination of 2 tickets and 03 hours Cabaret dinner cruise with Indian dinner).

Today after breakfast a coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to Wheat road, StreetSide behind Sydney Aquarium, Darling Harbour, the departure point of your tour. At 8.15 am join your coach to commence a morning city Tour. See points of interest including The Rocks, Sydney Opera House and visit Mrs Macquaries Chair for superb views of the harbour and city skyline. Journey to Bondi Beach, Australia's most famous surf beach, where you can wander along the shoreline and dip your toes into the cool ocean. Next stop is the entrance of Sydney Harbour, known as the Gap. A dramatic ocean cliff on the eastern coast of Sydney, the Gap provides breathtaking views of the coastline. Return to Sydney through the famous suburbs of Double Bay, Paddington and Kings Cross. Tour concludes at approximately 11.45am and you may disembark at either Darling Harbour or Circular Quay. Later proceed to enjoy your Indian buffet lunch at an Indian restaurant (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Today after breakfast the day is free to explore this beautiful city on your own. In evening proceed for buffet Indian dinner at an Indian restaurant (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel.

Optional activity:

Blue Mountains, Scenic Skyway, Railway, Cableway rides, River cruise and lunch – A vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Blue Mountains All Inclusive tour. Visit the spectacular Blue Mountains, with first stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can pat a koala and hand feed kangaroos. Ride the Scenic Skyway, Scenic Cableway and the Scenic Railway, the steepest incline railway in the world at Scenic World, then visit Echo Point and the Three Sisters. Enjoy lunch in the Blue Mountains. Return to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay with a relaxing River Cruise along the Parramatta River. Sydney city hotel pick up, see the three sisters rock formation, scenic skyway, railway and cableway rides, river cruise, air-conditioned coach and lunch.

Day 8: Sydney to Gold coast.

Today after breakfast check-out from Sydney hotel and transfer to Sydney airport to catch your flight to Gold coast. Arrive at Gold coast/Brisbane airport, transfer (seat-in-coach basis) to the hotel and check-in for an overnight stay. Later in evening proceed to an Indian restaurant to enjoy your buffet dinner (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Sea world tour with lunch.

Today after breakfast board your coach from hotel to Sea world. Enjoy Sea World and make friends with our amazing marine life. Get below the surface and experience a world of incredible rides, shows and attractions. Enjoy delicious packaged lunch with thrilling rides within the Sea world. Later in evening proceed to an Indian restaurant to enjoy your buffet dinner (Commuting from/to restaurant on your own). Overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Departure from Gold coast.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy:

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost

29 – 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost

Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):

  • We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
