Day 01:

Arrive in Dubai – Dhow Cruise with Dinner on SIC Basis

The day you reach the Dubai International Airport, make your way to the hotel. Check in to the hotel and take a rest.

Wait for the evening, and get ready to experience the Dhow Cruise. It’s always a pleasure to have dinner at Dhow Cruise because of the hospitality. Dhow Cruise is a perfect combination of cultural heritage and Arabian dining. You can just enjoy your drinks and food and have delightful music on the cruise. After this fun evening, head back to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 02:

Half Day City Tour of Dubai (SIC Basis) and visit to Burj Khalifa – 124 Floor (Non-Prime Time with SIC Transfers)

After breakfast, move forward for sightseeing some of the amazing places in the city. The beautiful Jumeirah Mosque was built in 1979. The architecture mesmerized everyone as it is old but showcased modern Islamic architecture. Now is the time at the Burj Al Arab – the most luxurious and tallest hotel in the world. The hotel touches to a height of 321 meters. Have a sightseeing at the magnificent Sheikh Mohammed’s palace. Take a rest for a while and then witness the tallest building in the world.

Head back to the Dubai Mall and have lunch.

After the sightseeing mosque, mall, and now its time for Burj Khalifa building. Have an experience of Arabian heritage by having a panorama view of the city. Enjoy the city from the top of the building and create memories. Take a deep look at the world below through avant-garde, high-powered, telescopes. Day 03 :

Dubai:  Desert Safari with BBQ dinner

Post breakfast at the hotel, take a rest in the hotel.  Later in the day, you will be destined for the Desert Safari around 03:00 P.M. Desert Safari is of different types as it could be on camel, cars, bikes, and so on.  After reaching the highest dunes, witness the beautiful sunsets. It is important to have a camera to capture this mesmerizing view where the sun meets the sand. The breeze and the sunsets dazzle the ambiance. After the sunset, reach the Bedouin Campsite located in the heart of the Desert, where you can have beverages. There are other activities that you can choose for your further enjoyment such as: enjoying a camel ride among the dunes, having a go at smoking a Shisha or Hubbly Bubbly, or trying your hand at henna painting. There are small tents for tourists to have a rest. While resting, there is a barbeque set up for the Arabian delicacies under the starlit sky. To make the evening a truly memorable event, there is dance form belly dance performed in the middle of dunes for enjoyment.

Day 04:

Dubai frame –  future museum

Have a breakfast in the hotel.

Explore Dubai by visiting Dubai Frame. It is one of the most visited tourist spots. A lift helps you to go up and have a look at the city in a Panorama version. A full glass bridge that makes your heart feel the city overview. After experiencing the skyline, it’s time to make your way towards a future museum. It is an exceptional combination of human architecture. The Museum combines elements of the exhibition, immersive theatre, and themed attraction. Day at Leisure

Today after breakfast, the day is at rest. Visit Dubai on your own. Explore other tourist spots that you need to visit and enjoy the rest of the day. There are several other beaches, adventurous parks, and so on.

Day 06 :

Abu Dhabi City tour with Ferrari World and return transfers on an SIC basis

Have a breakfast in the hotel.

The city itself is a bend of modernity and Arabian culture. You could see some of the modern infrastructure and on the other hand several mosques. It is worth visiting Abu Dhabi City with Ferrari World as it has several rides. This Ferrari-themed amusement park makes your heart filled with exciting rides and whatnot. There are Turbo track, Formula Rossa, Go Karting, and so on. See some of the most popular attractions such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and the Emirates Palace Hotel, and experience the rituals, culture, and lifestyle of the country.

Dubai Departure

Today enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Later check out from the hotel and head to Dubai airport for your departure flight. Dubai is an unforgettable city that has some amazing infrastructure, activities, food, and so on. While departing, we wish you to have some amazing memories with you.

Payment and Cancellation/Amendment Policy for Tour Bookings

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee –

• 30 days or more from the date of departure: 25% of total package cost or flight cancellation fees, whichever is higher.
• 29-20 days from the date of departure: 50% of total package cost or flight cancellation fees, whichever is higher.
• 19 days from the date of departure: 100% of total package cost.

Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received before 19 days from the date of departure. Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for. 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your Holiday –

You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation shall be effective only on the receipt of a writ ten notification or an e-mail in this regard from the person who made the booking. The following cancellation charges shall be applicable:

• Prior to 30 days or more: Booking Fee.
• Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50% of tour cost.
• Between 20-15 days of departure: 75% of tour cost.
• 15 days to date of departure: 100%.
• n case of no show: 100%.
• No refund shall be made in case of non-refundable flights.

If we change or cancel your holiday:

• We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
• Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at a ny time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
• We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrange ments by assigning reasons to you.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyon d our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the t our if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
• If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee ch arged to you on a prorata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
• In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan:

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
