• Any extra expense such as route change, airline change, travel date change, accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
• Porterage (coolie charges), tips, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, Sanctuary Park Fees, Camera Fee, Elephant / Horse / Pony Ride, Boat Ride, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or beverages.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency.
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
• Any extra sightseeing, services or activity charges other than those included in itinerary. Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.

Day 1:

 Arrival Goa

Upon arrival at airport meet our representative & get transferred to your Hotel. Check into the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

 Day 2 :

North Goa

Today after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of North Goa covering – Fort Aguada, Candolim Beach, Calangute Beach, Baga Beach, Anjuna.

 Optional Dolphin Trip & Water Sports at additional cost on direct payment basis.

 Day 3:

Goa

 Today, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to a different hotel.

 Day is at Leisure.

 Day 4:

South Goa

Today after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of South Goa covering – Old Goa Churches (Basilica of Bom Jesus, Ce Cathedral), Shree Manguesh Temple, time for shopping at Panaji, Dona Paula, Miramar Beach. Visit Mandovi River

 Note: (Charges for Mandovi River cruise will be extra and will be on direct payment basis).

 Day 5:

 Depart Goa

Payment and Cancellation/Amendment Policy for Tour Bookings

Payment Schedule:

1. Up to 35 days prior to the departure date:

   • An initial deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable.

2. Between 34 days to 30 days prior to departure:

   • 50% of the total tour cost must be paid.

3. Between 29 days to 22 days prior to departure:

   • 75% of the total tour cost must be paid.

4. Less than 21 days prior to departure:

   • 100% of the total tour cost must be paid.

Cancellation/Amendments Policy:

To cancel or amend your booking, a written request must be submitted to us. Please note that any amendment to a booking will be treated as a cancellation. The cancellation charges are as follows:

1. If the cancellation notice is received 30 days or more before the departure date:

   • The initial deposit amount of 25% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

2. If the cancellation notice is received between 16 days to 29 days before the departure date:

   • 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

3. If the cancellation notice is received between 8 days to 15 days before the departure date:

   • 75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

4. If the cancellation notice is received between 0 days to 7 days before the departure date:

   • 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
