Day 01:

Arrival in Bangalore | Transfer to Ooty

Welcome to the capital of Karnataka- Bangalore! Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport/ Railway Station, get transferred to Ooty witnessing the natural beauty on the way. As you reach Ooty, check-in to your hotel. Later, you can explore the city on your own and visit attractions like Thunder World Ooty, Stone House and more. Later, return to the hotel at your own pace for an overnight stay.

DAY 2:

Ooty Sightseeing Tour

Start your day with a transfer from your hotel to explore the enchanting sights of Ooty. Stroll through the lush Botanical Garden, enjoy breathtaking views of Eastern and Western ghats from Doddabetta Peak, and learn about tea-making at the Tea Garden, Factory, and Museum. Wander through the vibrant Rose Garden and unwind with a peaceful boat ride on Ooty Lake. Later, get transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 3:

Transfer to Coonoor | Sightseeing Tour

Get transferred from the hotel to explore the highlights of Coonoor in a single day! Begin with the panoramic vistas of Ketti Valley, then visit the beautiful Catherine Falls. Marvel at the sweeping views from Dolphin’s Nose and conclude your day with a tour of the Highfield Tea Factory, where you can learn about tea production amidst lush plantations. Later, board the provided transfer back to the Ooty Hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4:

Departure Day

Check out from your hotel and board your transfer to the Bangalore Airport/ Railway Station, carrying the cherished memories of your Ooty and Coonoor adventure.

Payment and Cancellation/Amendment Policy for Tour Bookings

Payment Schedule:

1. Up to 35 days prior to the departure date:

   • An initial deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. This deposit is non-refundable.

2. Between 34 days to 30 days prior to departure:

   • 50% of the total tour cost must be paid.

3. Between 29 days to 22 days prior to departure:

   • 75% of the total tour cost must be paid.

4. Less than 21 days prior to departure:

   • 100% of the total tour cost must be paid.

Cancellation/Amendments Policy:

To cancel or amend your booking, a written request must be submitted to us. Please note that any amendment to a booking will be treated as a cancellation. The cancellation charges are as follows:

1. If the cancellation notice is received 30 days or more before the departure date:

   • The initial deposit amount of 25% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

2. If the cancellation notice is received between 16 days to 29 days before the departure date:

   • 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

3. If the cancellation notice is received between 8 days to 15 days before the departure date:

   • 75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.

4. If the cancellation notice is received between 0 days to 7 days before the departure date:

   • 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
