After arriving at the Gwalior Railway Station or Airport, proceed to your accommodation. Explore the famous Gwalior Fort after checking in. It is well-known for its historic inscriptions, palaces including Man Mandir and Gujari Mahal, and the second-oldest record of "zero" in the world. See the Majestic Sun Temple, which was modeled after the Konark Sun Temple, and Tansen Ka Makbara, a monument to the renowned musician. Spend the night in Gwalior.
Visit the Jai Vilas Palace Museum first thing in the morning. This magnificent example of Tuscan, Italian-Doric, and Corinthian architecture is well-known for its opulent Durbar Hall, which is furnished with gold and has enormous chandeliers. Later, travel to Morena to investigate: The round Chausath Yogini Temple is located in Mitawali. Padawali (Optional - If Time Permits): A temple devoted to Lord Shiva and a fort with elaborate carvings. 200 sandstone temples devoted to Shiva, Vishnu, and Shakti that date back to the eighth and tenth centuries are known as Bateshwar. Go back to Gwalior and spend the night there.
Make stops along the way to Orchha at: Palace of Datia: Bir Singh Dev constructed this magnificent seven-story building that combines Rajput and Mughal architecture. Notably, this was never a royal residence. Jhansi Fort: Constructed in 1613 by Veer Singh Bundela, this granite stronghold features steep elevations and sturdy walls that showcase Bundela craftsmanship. See the Rani Mahal, which is now an archaeological museum, nearby. Once in Orchha, settle into your accommodation and unwind. Spend the night in Orchha/Jhansi.
After breakfast, depart and pay a visit to: Rudra Pratap Singh constructed the Orchha Fort Complex in 1501, which is home to palaces, temples, and other structures. Bir Singh Deo constructed the four-story Jahangir Mahal, a Rajput-Mughal-style palace, for Emperor Jahangir in 1605. Raja Mahal: A straightforward palace with elaborate interior murals that was formerly the residence of rulers. Sheesh Mahal: A former royal residence that is now a hotel. Ram Raja Temple: An unusual temple with regular royal rites in which Lord Rama is revered as a king. Transfer to Khajuraho after the sightseeing, settle into your accommodation, and unwind. Spend the night at Khajuraho.
Visit the Western and Eastern Temples, which were constructed by the Chandela dynasty (950–1050 AD), as a UNESCO World Heritage Site after breakfast. The Kandariya Mahadev Temple stands out among the temples, which combine Jain and Hindu architectural styles. Raneh Falls: A stunning waterfall surrounded by granite and dolomite rocks in a canyon. The Ken Gharial Sanctuary was founded in 1981 with the goal of protecting mugger crocodiles and gharials. Spend the night at Khajuraho.
Check out and travel to Bandhavgarh after breakfast. After checking into the hotel, unwind. Take a stroll through nature in the evening. Dinner at Bandhavgarh and spending the night there.
In Bandhavgarh National Park, have a morning or afternoon jeep safari in a luxurious Gypsy. Dinner and a restful night in Bandhavgarh. In 1968, Bandhavgarh was designated as a national park, and in 1993, it was designated as a tiger reserve. The 716-square-kilometer park is home to a sizable population of Bengal tigers, deer, and leopards. Sambar, barking deer, nilgai, chital, and gaur (Indian bison) are among the other species. Check out, have an early breakfast, and then head to Bhedaghat. Sail through the gorgeously colorful marble rocks. Bhedaghat is well-known for the Dhuandhar Falls, which have a smoky look, and its marble canyon. After that, travel to Jabalpur, settle into your hotel, and unwind. Spend the night in Jabalpur. TIP: Visitors can see the Narmada River Aarti at Gwari Ghat if they have the time. Along with the stunning Dhuandhar Falls, Bhedaghat is well-known for its high marble cliffs that form a valley through which the River Narmada runs.
