These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Unique Travel Point (“Agency”) and the customer (“Customer”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Customers are responsible for their own passports, visas, and other documentation. We may assist, but ultimate responsibility is yours.
All cancellation/change requests must be in writing. Fees may apply. In force majeure situations (natural disasters, unrest), we’ll attempt alternatives or refunds where possible.
We recommend customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance for medical emergencies, cancellations, or loss.
We act as an intermediary and are not liable for acts of third-party vendors. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or loss due to uncontrollable factors.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior communication.
